1. What
does hand poured candle mean?
This means that our candles are not made by a machine and are not
massed produced. We work in batches of no more than 1 1/2 pounds
of wax at a time to insure the quality and integrity of our candles.
2. I
have a favorite scent but don't see it on your list. Can you order
it for me?
Yes, and please ask. We will be glad to special order a fragrance
for you. We offer many scents at this time but are always testing
new scents.
3. What method of payments do you accept?
We accept credit cards thru Paypal, money orders and Visa, Master
Card
4. How
soon will I receive my order?
Due to the custom nature of our business, your order will ship no
later than 10 days after your payment is received. During the busy
holiday season (October 1 to December 31) this time may be extended
to 15 days. Please keep this in mind when ordering gifts. We will
always do the best we can to get your order out to you as soon as
possible. We will also notify you of a ship date so you will know
when to expect your order.
5. What
about Lead wicks?
We don't use lead wicks in any of our candles. You may have heard
that all cored wicks (wicks with metal in them) are unsafe. THIS IS
NOT TRUE! The truth is that there are no lead wicks manufactured in
the United States. We use zinc wicks in our container candles and
all other wicks are coreless. If you would like more information on
